Natchitoches Health and Racquet Club opened over 20 years ago. It has been the cornerstone of the fitness scene for twenty years.
NHRC is currently owned by Mr. & Mrs. Anthony LaCour Jr., natives of Natchitoches who continue to live in the city where they are rearing their two children.
